This is the Gibson USA SG Standard Faded ’61 with a Maestro vibrola tailpiece finished in Cherry! The Faded Series is a beloved Gibson classic that features guitars with satin nitrocellulose finishes and now they’re back and better than ever! Features on the ’61 SG include a SlimTaper ’60s profile mahogany neck, rosewood fretboard with acrylic trapezoid inlays and a set of Gibson open-coil 60s Burstbucker pickups. We love Fadeds because the more you play them, the more they become your own as the wear patterns from your style start to become apparent in the lightly sprayed finish. Add in all of the vibrato effects and sounds you can get out of this one, and it’s an SG you’ll treasure for years.
