This 6LP box set has been thoughtfully sequenced by Lorien to honour the games three-act structure. The tracklist is drawn from the soundtrack album and bonus tracks, with in-game mixes used in many instances. All tracks have been specially mastered for the vinyl format.
The music in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is pivotal in driving the emotive story that players have fallen in love with. Most tracks were written and recorded at Lorien Testards home studio, with a selection also performed and recorded by the prestigious Curieux Orchestre at Midilive Studios, Paris.
Loriens debut score is a musical painting that supports the games Belle poque setting. Among many others, the leitmotifs in Alicia and Lumire are woven into the fabric of the game experience, capturing the grief and hope of the characters and the beauty of Lumire.
