The EVERSE 12 is a versatile, easy to use, compact, battery-powered loudspeaker system. It provides professional level performance and is housed in a robust weatherized enclosure. The EVERSE 12 provides real professional performance for musical performances, voice reinforcement and audio playback. The EVERSE 12 takes advantage of decades of Electro-Voice and Dynacord pro-audio and electronics expertise, along with new advancements in technology, to provide truly portable and truly wireless audio.

The EVERSE 12 utilizes a 2-way configuration with a 12-inch woofer and a high efficiency titanium compression driver mounted on Electro-Voices patented SST baffle. It produces 5dB higher SPL with 100 x 60 coverage and deeper bass than the EVERSE 8. The rugged polypropylene enclosure features a weatherized input cover for the input section, allowing the loudspeaker to meet IP43 rating (splash and light rain resistant) for use on battery power and Bluetooth streaming. The available accessory rain cover allows for additional weather resistance and protection when needed.

The EVERSE 12 features Electro-Voice’s QuickSmart DSP and is POWEREDBYDYNACORD, featuring a built-in 4-channel digital mixer with FX, feedback suppression, and ducking features. The loudspeaker features a custom designed, and fully optimized for audio use, high capacity battery pack. The battery pack provides more than enough power to complete the show, including a 12VDC accessory port to power RE3 or R300 wireless microphone systems.

Superior sound starts behind the grille
EVERSE 12s woofer and compression driver are coupled to a patented SST (Signal Synchronized Transducers) ported waveguide, enhancing low-frequency extension and delivering even vertical and horizontal coverage across all frequencies all while allowing a significantly smaller enclosure. The components are “Powered by Dynacord,” utilizing a high-efficiency 400 W Class-D amplifier and DSP module developed in collaboration with EVs sibling brand. Pro features include a four-channel digital mixer, studio-quality effects, mode presets, phantom power, feedback suppression and audio ducking, offering a self-contained setup from input to output.

Simple setup and flexible connectivity
The EV QuickSmart Mobile app streamlines wireless control for EVERSE 12, allowing adjustment of audio, effects and mix functions via phone or tablet. Pairing up to six Bluetooth-equipped Electro-Voice speakers is possible, along with support for Bluetooth true wireless stereo streaming. Local configuration is swift with the single-knob encoder, and the intuitive interface simplifies shaping your sound. The integrated 12 V DC port powers wireless microphone systems, and a USB-C charging port is provided for mobile devices. Connectivity includes two XLR/TRS combo jacks, a 3.5 mm stereo jack and a TRS footswitch input.

EVERSE 12 is precision-crafted for easy transportation, while embodying Electro-Voice’s reputation for durability and reliability. Featuring a soft-touch handle and lightweight construction, it easily mounts on a tripod, acts as a stage wedge, or projects upward with adjustable angles. In combination with the rugged polypropylene enclosure, utilizing the included weatherized input cover allows EVERSE 12 to achieve an IP43 rating (water-resistant for splashes and light rain) when running on battery power during Bluetooth streaming. The optional rain cover and duffel bag further enhance weather protection and convenience. Built-in feet with no-skid rubber pads ensure stability.
